Internet and Mail order
Our website contains information about our online catalogue. It includes all prices and a shopping cart to either buy online using the very secure online credit card system or by printing out our order form and mailing us your requirements.
Payment
Four payment methods are available to our clients:
Credit Card: We accept Visa & Mastercard paid directly to us through the secure checkout system.
Credit Card Over the Phone: We accept Visa & Mastercard via a phone payment during business hours (9am-5pm, AEST).
PayPal: Australia's favourite way to pay online. PayPal is a fast, easy and safe way to make payments online and on your mobile phone.

Delivery
Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 10 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.

Express24
These shoe items are IN STOCK NOW, and will be express posted to you the next working day after your order is received and processed. We use Express24 to showcase our new brands, new styles, sale items and in some cases discounted and discontinued lines. Standard Delivery
When you place an order through the Shopping Cart, an order will be placed with our local or international suppliers within days. Normal delivery is 2-3 weeks (Fedex from the US is very efficient), and we will keep you informed of the status of your order. When the item arrives at our depot, it will be immediately posted or couriered to you using Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. An email can be issued with the tracking number if requested, so you can track your precious cargo.
Back Orders
Sometimes an item will go out of stock with our suppliers before we can update the website or remove the link to that item. If this happens, we will notify you of the revised timeframe for delivery as advised by our supplier, and give you the option of revising /reversing your order or waiting just a little bit longer.
Accessories
Unless part of an Express24 shoe order, all accessories will be posted via Australia Post regular mail service.
Postage Costs
We ship via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post to all states in Australia FREE OF CHARGE. All shoes are shipped “loose” (without a box) in protective bubble wrap. If you require a box, an additional fee of $10 per pair will apply for orders of less than 4 pairs (for orders of 4 pairs or more, boxes can be posted free of charge using regular registered mail). Your parcel can be tracked through Australia Post http://auspost.com.au/track/ tracking system or Fastway Track & Trace.
Australia Post and Fastway Couriers are quick and reliable, but Shoe Candy cannot accept responsibility for any losses during transit. If your parcel goes missing, we will do everything we can to help you find it. Additional insurance can be added to the shipping cost by prior arrangement.
Tax Invoice
An itemised Tax Invoice is included in each shipment. All prices quoted on the Shoe Candy website are GST inclusive.
Postage and Handling (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)
Initial postage of all shoe orders is FREE OF CHARGE, however, customers are responsible for all postage associated with returns or exchanges for any reason. For Credit Card orders, additional postage charges can be made on Credit Card at time of exchange by arrangement, but Shoe Candy recommends customers include a self-addressed 3kg Australia Post Express Post satchel when returning shoes for exchange.
