Since a very young age I have had a passion for shoes. I remember walking around the house in my mother’s high heels shoes feeling like a very ‘sophisticated’ lady. My first job at 14 years of age was as a sales assistant for a leading shoe retailer in Australia. This was a wonderful introduction into retail shoe sales as I gained training in shoe fitting and also knowledge in shoe and leather care.
Since that time I have expanded my experience and knowledge in various sales positions in the footwear industry for leading department stores in Australia.
Recently I decided the time had come to turn my passion into not just a job but a business which would give me the ability to not only sell the product I love but to also select beautiful shoes that I could share with women through the ease of online shoe sales.
I understand that for many women time is a factor in being able to shop. Many of us no longer have the time to walk around stores looking for just the right shoe and in many cases they stock virtually the same range. By being able to view and purchase online, Shoe Candy gives you the ability to view a large variety of shoes in the comfort of your home or office at a time which suits you… and let’s face it, it is a lot of fun to being able to sit at home with the computer on your lap choosing gorgeous shoes! Not to mention the anticipation and excitement of getting that parcel in the mail.
At Shoe Candy we pride ourselves on being able to sell high quality women’s shoes at reasonable prices, with quick delivery and excellent service. We are based on the Gold Coast and import weekly from the US while also maintaining a local Australian wholesale network.
